I think this is an amazing way to engage the audience- and the guest conductors do an admirable job of improvisation through movement! This is also especially compelling because it provides a very different way for an audience member to experience and interact with a performance. Community Engagement
When Dr. Gilbert was discussing embodiment this evening, and I saw this on a friend's Facebook page, it made me think about the concept of embodiment with audience members as well.
I think this is an amazing way to engage the audience- and the guest conductors do an admirable job of improvisation through movement! This is also especially compelling because it provides a very different way for an audience member to experience and interact with a performance.
